At Soda-Club® we have always maintained our commitment to product safety. We operate to strict in-house standards and regularly undertake Quality Assurance inspections on suppliers, distribution outlets and service centers.

Our products comply with all state and federal standards and have been approved for in-home use in all the US 50 states and worldwide. We hold safety certifications on all parts and containers which are in contact with the CO₂ (carbon dioxide), water, and syrups which have been issued under the FDA: Code of Federal Regulations.

The Fountain Jet was designed with built-in safety in mind. It features:

• Safety valve for depressurization after carbonation.
  
• A Carbon diOxide gas lock device that automatically shuts off any any uncontrolled flow of carbonation.
  
• Automatic sensing of weakened oversized or undersized bottles that prevents their pressurization in the carbonation process.

Soda-Club Carbonating Bottles have an expiration date printed on them, in the interest of safety. Soda-Club reason for this is only it's inability to know how the bottle has been cared for while in the hands of it's customer, which is of course outside it's control. Bottles which show no discolouration, shrinkage , signs of stress cracking or other damage may be used longer but at the user's risk.

All parts manufactured by the company carry a symbol for plastic recycling. This is based on the Society of Plastic Industry (SPI) code for plastics recycling.
